Gem Cache (Wondrous Item)

Description: A chest in the shape of a baguete(sic) cut gem, about 1 foot long.
Use: any number of gems may be placed in the gem cache. When the lid is closed, the gems are converted into magical energy. Add the gem's'(sic) magic power (see page 57) to the total of the magic power contained in the gem cache. Gems can be retrieved later or new gems with a magic power no greater than the gem cache total may be retrieved.
